Alumni family needs help for McKenna

Anasazi recently heard from an alumni mom requesting financial help to send a second child. She wrote the heart-wrenching note below for anyone who may be interested. Thank you for considering helping us afford the Anasazi program for our McKenna! You would fall in love with her if you could meet her. She is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She has given our family so much joy. McKenna is experiencing an inner struggle to process her father’s suicide. She has entertained thoughts of committing suicide herself, and she wrote in her journal wanting to die…

Single mom seeking scholarships for Patrick

Kind-hearted Patrick and his mom need your help. Patrick is a 15 year-old struggling to find his confidence and way in life. He’s one of four kids raised solely (over the past 12 years) by their mom. Therapy revealed many of Patrick’s struggles are rooted in feelings of abandonment. Chronic unworthiness and anxiety are his biggest struggles, as he works towards feeling accepted by those around him. He is creative, ingenious, and enjoys projects of all kinds. Patrick and family are hopeful Anasazi will offer a break from daily stresses and a great opportunity for growth and the discovery of self…

Help for Sophie!

Anasazi recently received the note below from a mom seeking scholarship assistance. Sophie is a 15 year-old whose bright light in this world was dimmed after surviving a violent assault. Although she showed incredible bravery seeking legal justice for herself, the process and the social stigma took their own toll. Sophie struggles with self-harm and suicidal ideation, lack of self-worth, and engaging in impulsive and risky behaviors as coping mechanisms. Her parents feel like Anasazi could be a life changing experience for her, as the values Anasazi demonstrates through their program are inline with the family’s core values. Sophie is an…

Foster Care adoptee wants help!

Can you help a Southern Arizona teen find self confidence and learn to feel comfortable in his own skin? Born to a mom struggling with addiction, he entered the foster-care system at birth and was soon adopted into his foster family. His loving older parents are hoping Anasazi can give their son the help he needs and wants — to overcome depression and anger and strengthen their relationships. Key to Anasazi’s approach, the parents are also eager to learn. Do you know of someone who might be willing to fund this young man’s stay? Anasazi seeks directed donations when requested by…

Outfit a Scholarship Recipient

Sponsor the outfitting fees for the child of a family seeking financial assistance. A donation of $3,500 covers the YoungWalker’s pack, including all gear, clothing, and weekly resupplies for an entire 49-day stay.

Donate a Vehicle

Ready to upgrade your personal or commercial vehicle, RV, or motorcycle? Have a clunker gathering dust? Consider making it a tax-deductible gift to Anasazi. We can use large four-wheel-drive vehicles on the trail and others (whether they run or not) to generate life-saving scholarships for families in need of Anasazi’s services. In most cases, we can pick it up…and we’ll do all the paperwork. Contact us at 480-892-7403 or [email protected] to start the process and help change someone’s life. THANK YOU!

Sponsor a Young Person’s Stay

Cover all or part of Anasazi’s life-changing treatment for a child or young adult. Anasazi’s strives to provide its services to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. We do this via scholarships funded by people like you. Our goal is to raise $2.5 million each year to provide at least 100 scholarships to young people struggling with depression, substance abuse, relational problems, or other emotional/behavioral concerns. Scholarships are made available as they are funded. Donate $33,000 to sponsor an entire stay, $4,700 to sponsor a week, or $675 to fund a day.

Sponsor a YoungWalker Food Pack

Sponsor the food for a scholarship recipient – for $100 a week, for multiple weeks, or $700 for an entire stay.
